Thomson and First Choice Announce Increased Capacity for Winter and Summer Holiday Makers at Birmingham Airport

Thomson and First Choice are pleased to announce increased capacity to the Canaries in response to customer demand for winter holidays as well as circa 63,800 seats for summer 2018.

Holidaymakers looking to visit the Canaries this half term and Christmas will have more flights to choose from. Additional seats will be available for sunseekers looking for a late break to the sun with a new route from Birmingham to Tenerife. More capacity will be opened up over Christmas with Fuerteventura added into the mix from December.

William Pearson, Aviation Director said: “Thomson and First Choice have been long term partners of Birmingham Airport and offer great flight only and holiday packages to passengers.  By introducing an increase of an extra 63,800 seats for Summer 2018 from Birmingham to its new destination of Venice and existing favourites of Arrecife, Tenerife and Ibiza then a city break or two week holiday is easy to find.”
