Summer Flights to Greek Islands Launched at Birmingham Airport
Cosmos Holidays has celebrated the start of summer flying to three Greek islands from Birmingham Airport.
The charter flights, operated by Enterair, to Corfu, Zakynthos and Kefalonia will each operate once a week throughout the summer. Flights to Corfu will depart on Mondays, flights to Zakynthos will depart on Thursdays and flights to Kefalonia will depart on Saturdays, until the end of September.
William Pearson, Birmingham Airport’s aviation development director, said: “These weekly holiday flights to the popular Greek islands of Corfu, Zakynthos and Kefalonia are a welcome addition to our summer flight schedule, giving holiday makers flying from Birmingham even greater choice and flexibility.”
Gemma Day, Cosmos’ head of product & commercial commented: “This summer sees us offering our Birmingham customers a new route to Kefalonia. This enhances the Cosmos Holiday programme to Greece and with holidays to Corfu and Zakynthos, there is an even greater choice of Greek islands for our customers. We are pleased to be offering these routes throughout the summer on top of our already extensive Greek holiday programme.”
