HS2 connects Birmingham Airport to central London in 37 minutes, making it a local option for millions more people
Customers travelling by rail from Interchange station, linked directly into the BHX terminal, will be able travel south to London Euston in just 37 minutes. Manchester will be 37 minutes to the north. This is a connectivity game changer for BHX. It makes us a feasible local option for millions more people outside the West Midlands region. Public transport journey times from central London to BHX will be comparable to, if even better than, those to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton.
