Departing from Birmingham Airport

Birmingham Airport is very easy to get to, whichever way you choose to travel. By car, there are a variety of car parks to choose from, all of which are easily accessible from the terminal by foot or by courtesy shuttle bus. You can book a car park space online in advance and save up to 70%.

If you're looking for a more relaxed and luxurious experience, you can book into one of the airport lounges. Here you can enjoy complimentary food and drinks, unlimited WiFi, and great runway views before your flight.

Arriving to Valencia Airport

Valencia Airport has two passenger terminals and has great transport links. It is located just 8 kilometres (approximately 5 miles) from the city centre and is easily accessible by public transportation or taxi.

There are three main ways to get into Valencia from the airport:

• The Metro – the most popular and convenient way, with a metro station located below the arrival’s hall, there are frequent trains that depart from the station daily. The journey to the city is approximately 20 minutes.
• Bus - There is a bus service that operates from the airport to the city centre. The bus stop is located outside the arrivals hall and buses depart every 30 minutes. The journey to the city centre takes approximately 40 minutes.
• Taxi - Taxis are available outside the arrival’s hall and the journey to the city centre takes approximately 20 minutes.

Culture in Valencia
