Departing from Birmingham Airport

Antalya International Airport is one of the major airports, operated in Turkey's primary holiday destination lining the Mediterranean coast. Antalya International Airport is 13 km from the city centre, and there are regular coach services that runs every 30 minutes to Antalya's bus terminal in the city centre.

Culture in Antalya

Shop like a local and enjoy Turkey’s incredible pazars (farmer’s market) and enjoy locally grown foods and some basic houseware and clothing. Nearby there are tables to allow shoppers to sit enjoy a snack in the afternoon sunshine and soak in the culture.  

After a long day why not enjoy a Turkish Hammam (Turkish bath)? Turkish Hammans have been significant for Turkish culture for social occasions and are one of the classic bathing traditions that are still popular today. Unwind in the sauna and steam bath then head for a relaxing foam and oil massage. 

Located around 7 kilometres northeast of central Serik is Aspendos (or Aspendus), an ancient Greco-Roman city known for having the best-preserved theatre, Aspendos Antique TheatreIt boasts an impressive 315 feet structure and still holds popular events to this day.
