Birmingham Airport has created these data protection and information security pages to provide you with information about how we use, process and keep safe, personal data.
The Airport collects a lot of personal data from visitors which it uses to help with its day to day operations. This personal information is essential to the airport but it must also be used lawfully.
Visitors to our airport could include members of the public, airport staff, suppliers, contractors and, of course, our valued retail partners.
The Airport wishes not only to embrace the changes that GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA2018) bring, but to also offer transparency in the way in which privacy rights are handled. We wish for all visitors to the airport to have the information at hand to understand how and why the airport uses personal information, and what to do if you have any questions or concerns.
