Luggage Point - Brand Ambassador (Full time)

Are you passionate about luxury travel goods and delivering exceptional customer service? Join us at the exclusive Samsonite Tumi store at Birmingham Airport, where we specialize in offering high-quality luggage and travel accessories from world-renowned brands, Samsonite and Tumi.

As a Retail and Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the Samsonite and Tumi brands, ensuring that each customer receives a personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury and quality of our products. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales through product expertise, exceptional customer engagement, and maintaining the premium store presentation as outlined by our brand partners.

Wage: £12 - £13 per hour plus target driven commission/bonus scheme.

Hours: Full Time 40 hours a week – 4am to 1pm and 1pm to 10pm – 9 hours in length (with 2x30 mins unpaid breaks) Any 5 days out of 7 to cover Monday – Sunday, must be able to work any of these days!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, maintaining high standards of customer engagement as expected by Samsonite and Tumi.
• Ensure the store presentation aligns with brand guidelines and is conducive to premium brand showcasing.
• Manage stock levels and product displays to maximize sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in regular product and customer service training to enhance brand knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate sales records and participate in the continuous improvement of store offerings based on customer feedback and sales trends. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Retail is essential.
• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
• A passion for luxury brands and an understanding of the travel lifestyle market
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with an international clientele.
• Sales-driven with a commitment to meeting brand-specific KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Professional, proactive, and meticulous in maintaining store standards.
• Familiarity with IT systems relevant to retail operations
