- HS2 connects BHX to central London in 37 minutes, making it a local option for millions more people
- An air-rail shuttle links HS2 directly into the BHX terminal
- BHX currently serves 12m customers a year
- By 2033 we plan to serve 18m customers a year
- Using our existing runway which has the capacity to serve up to 35m customers a year in future
- This growth in customers supports 34,400 jobs in the West Midlands
- By 2033 we expect to have become a net zero-carbon airport
