Lost Property
For any items lost on an arriving flight or at the Airport, please contact Luggage Point by telephone on 0330 223 0893.
You can search for your item in real-time on the Luggage Point website.
If found, you will be required to provide identification in the form of a Passport or Photo-card driving licence to collect the item(s).
Lost property for all airlines except United, PIA and Turkish Airlines. For lost property on these flights please contact the airline directly.
Shipping of identified items to their owners can be arranged subject to a retrieval charge plus any applicable shipping costs.
Please note - Items of luggage that have been lost or delayed by your airline are not handled by Luggage Point. For enquiries of this nature, please visit Birmingham Airport's Lost Property page.

Baggage Wrapping
This is a great service for passengers who want to protect and secure their luggage from potential damage, bad weather conditions, and general wear and tear whilst travelling.
- Prices for a Cabin Bag start from £13.50.
- For larger items like pushchairs, skis and golf clubs, prices start from £18.50.
The material used is a patented bio transformative plastic, which provides the material a 2 year ‘shelf life’. Following this shelf life, the product bio-transforms to a natural wax, completely bio-assimilating and leaving no micro plastics or eco-toxins prior to the end of year 3. It is the only plastic material in the world to pass the BSI testing standard for biodegradation.
The material holds all the benefits of plastics such as:

- Durability
- Cost
- Lower carbon footprint than paper/compostable
- Uses 93% less energy to recycle compared to paper
We class the material as a fail safe to the circular economy – the product can be recycled, however if somebody fails to dispose of the product correctly, it will safely bio-transform and return to nature

Baggage Weighing
Check the weight of your luggage before you check-in. The red and white weighing kiosks are located in the North Terminal Check-in area. Simply enter your flight details into the weighing kiosk and the machine will weigh your luggage and advise of your allowance.
Left Luggage
If you need to leave any bags, packages or suitcases at the Airport, Luggage Point offers a safe secure storage area for up to 3 months. All passengers leaving an item will be given a receipt for collection.
